ETS does not prescribe a minimum academic qualification, though it is used for postgraduate admissions.
There is no upper or lower age limit for taking the GRE General Test.
A valid government-issued identification with a photograph and signature (like a Passport for Indian candidates) is mandatory.
The new GRE General Test format is approximately 1 hour and 58 minutes long. It comprises Analytical Writing, Verbal Reasoning, and Quantitative Reasoning. The test is section-level adaptive, meaning your performance on the first section determines the difficulty of the second. There is no negative marking.
