A bachelor's degree (10+2+3 or 10+2+4 education system) from a recognized university or institution is mandatory, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
Students in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply provisionally.
There is no age limit to apply for the NMAT by GMAC exam.
Candidates can attempt the NMAT exam up to three times in one testing cycle.
NMAT is an adaptive computer-based test measuring 120 minutes in duration. It includes three sections: Language Skills (28 mins), Quantitative Skills (52 mins), and Logical Reasoning (40 mins). There are 108 total questions. Every correct response awards 3 marks, and uniquely, there is **no negative marking** for incorrect answers. The score ranges from 36 to 360.
